Chicken Thigh Fillet 1 kg
Marinade Sauce
Light Soy Sauce 2tbsp
Teriyaki Sauce 2 tbsp
Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 ½ tbsp
Brushing
Honey
Sesame seed
Soybean Paste Medium Hot
Filling with your choice of vegetables
How to make
Start by marinating chicken thigh fillet in the marinade sauce consisting of light soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Leave it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Steam the bao buns as per the instructions on the package.
Heat a pan and add the marinated chicken. Cook until fully cooked and tender, then set aside.
Assemble the bao buns by spreading a spoonful of soybean paste medium hot onto the bun and then add the cooked chicken and vegetables of your choice.
Brush the top of the bao buns with honey and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve immediately and enjoy the taste of the tender and juicy chicken with the sweet and savory bao buns!
