Thai Bubble Green Tea

It has been a few weeks since the lockdown has been placed due to an outbreak of the virus. Many of us have been sheltered in their own place. I know that some of you may find it really challenging to get by day by day and things you can do become limited. However, I think it is such a great opportunity to pick up new skills to learn that could be valuable such as cooking!

I feel like making my own food is a personal therapeutic way. It keeps me focused on things right in front of me without distraction from noises. That’s right, today you are going to learn how to make your own drink which you may enjoy and have some fun with it.

Ingredients for bubble

  • 100g sticky rice flour

  • 10g tapioca flour

  • 80ml green tea water

  • 60g raw sugar

  • 80ml water

Ingredient for green tea

  • 2 ⅕ tbsp green tea leaf (or powder)

  • 100ml soy milk (or your choice)

  • 20g sugar

  • 100ml water
