Stir Fry Chicken Ginger

If I told you that my next recipe has some medicinal benefits would you believe me? Ginger is one of the herbs that help ward off cold. And we are going to use this beauty in our cooking today. Fight off cold and hunger at the same time. Tempt?

Stir Fry Chicken Ginger

  • 1 large knob young ginger

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 small carrot

  • ¼ cup black fungus

  • 1 stalk coriander

  • 1 stalk spring onion

  • 1 cup chicken thigh fillet

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 ½ mushroom sauce

How to make

  • Peel and finely chop the ginger and garlic.

  • Cut the carrot into thin slices.

  • Soak the black fungus in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain and cut it into small pieces.

  • Cut the coriander and spring onion into small pieces.

  • Cut the chicken thigh fillet into small pieces.

  • Heat oil in a pan or wok over high heat.

  • Stir-fry the ginger, garlic, carrot, black fungus, and chicken for a few minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

  • Add the oyster sauce and mushroom sauce, and stir well.

  • Add the coriander and spring onion, and stir well.

  • Serve with rice.
