Honey Banana Bread

There is no limit to how you can manipulate the use of bananas. You can make them as bread, or cake, or eat raw or sun-dried bananas. It has one of the highest-nutrition fruit that most people don't even bother to get to know it. Anyhow, today we are going to change traditional banana bread into something different. Here we go.

Ingredients:

  • Rolled oats 1 1/2 cup

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1/4 cup pitted dates

  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

How to make

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas using a fork or potato masher.

  3. Add in the honey, pitted dates, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

  4. Stir in the rolled oats until everything is well combined.

  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf tin.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of the loaf.

  7. Let the bread cool in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

  8. Slice and serve the Honey Banana Bread warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
