Sri Racha Egg Sandwich

I have to admit that sandwich has been really on my cooking radar for a long time. But since the lockdown started, I have found myself obsessed experimenting with various sandwiches. It comes down to how easy to prepare and just easy to take on the go. In this episode we are going to dive into making a hot Sri Racha egg sandwich with a fresh dill. Here are lists of ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 stalk of dill

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 tbsp Sri racha hot sauce

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 4 multigrain bread slices

How to make

  • Begin by finely chopping the dill and set it aside.

  • Slice the hard-boiled eggs.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced eggs with Sri racha sauce.

  • Spread the mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.

  • Place the eggs mixture on two slices of bread and top with the chopped dill.

  • Place the other two slices of bread on top of the dill, with the mayonnaise side facing down.

  • Cut the sandwiches in half diagonally, like a Japanese sandwich.

  • Serve the sandwiches as it is, with your favourite side dishes or enjoy it as it is.

  • Note: You can add more hot sauce or mayonnaise depending on your taste preference.
